Christa was born and raised in a small town near St. John’s, Newfoundland.  Her family relocated to Simcoe County in 2005 and having lived in many areas within Simcoe County including: Barrie, Angus, Wasaga Beach and Stayner, Christa knows what the communities have to offer to suit her clients needs.


Selling real estate since 2013, Christa is known to be professional,  down to earth and genuine.  She prides herself on being accessible to answer questions and offer advice that clients can trust.

Being a military family, we know that buying and selling homes can be very stressful, especially when you're buying some...Being a military family, we know that buying and selling homes can be very stressful, especially when you're buying someplace totally new! You don't have any bearings or reference.points! Christa figured us out with a simple look of our home visit list. After our first day, she knew where to bring us to find our first potential new home. She got us right on the nose, trust me, she knew her stuff. We drove right in. When she found out we had multiple offers she knew how to guide us into a strategic first offer. We thought we had it figured but then out of the blue we decided to take a gamble on my truly favorite home in a different area in town. Absolutely different from what we were potentially buying right then. She stayed up with us and spoke with the seller for us till we were able to bargain and negotiate the home of our dreams!!
